- What is your minimum length of stay?

We have a 30 day or 1 month minimum. We can do shorter stays, but the cost per day goes up quite a bit from our normal reasonable rates.
- Do you require a deposit?

Yes, there is a $500.00 damage deposit required to secure your reservation. We can take a credit card number over the phone, or you can mail a check to us if you are making the reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival.
- Is the damage deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as nothing is missing or broken. We do not deduct anything for normal wear & tear.
- How soon do we get our deposit back?

Our lease states that we will refund a deposit within 15 business days or roughly 3 weeks. Most of the time you will get it back sooner, or later :) (later only if there was a problem and we need to assess damages).
- Do the homes have fenced yards?

Yes; all of the two & three bedroom homes, and some of the one bedroom homes, have fenced back yards.
- Do you allow pets?

Yes, with a few restrictions. We are very pet friendly but need to know a few details about your pet before saying yes.
- Is there a pet deposit and is it refundable?

Yes, and it is fully refundable as long as the pet is not destructive in any way, and (in the case of the pet being a dog) the back yard gets "scooped" before you leave.
- Do you allow smoking?

No (I had to say no to something). You are welcome to smoke outside but never inside the home or in the garage.
- Do you include housekeeping?

No (oops, there I said it again). We supply you with a mop & bucket, broom & dust pan, cleaning rags and a vacuum. I can refer you to my housekeeping service for either regular or occasional house cleaning.
- Do you direct bill?

Yes, we can direct bill your company, your insurance company, or your mother-in-law. We just need a couple of weeks lead-time to get the paperwork in motion.
- What if we don't know how long we will need temporary housing?

That is a good question, and to give you a very brief answer: We will never kick you out before you are ready to go (unless, for some reason, you stop paying the rent) if there is anyway to avoid it. As long as you are keeping us informed we can usually move people around to accommodate an unanticipated extension.
- Are your homes children friendly?

Yes, we are very children friendly, in fact so much so that we warehouse cribs, high chairs, booster chairs, etc. just incase you need them. We do not, however, keep plastic dishes and such. So if your child has his or her favorite bottles, sippy cups, divided plates, etc. please be sure to bring those with you.

Q: How much does this wonderful and much needed service that you provide cost?
A: Well, I am glad that you asked. We pride ourselves on providing a superior product at a competitive price. Having said that, it isn't cheap.
Our one bedroom homes lease for $2200 per month.
Our two bedroom homes lease for $2700 per month.
Our three bedroom homes lease for $2900 per month.
Some discounts apply for 6 month or longer stays, or for multiple units rented at the same time.
Corporate discounts apply if the corporation is one of our favorites (just kidding). Corporations that lease 20 or more units per year from us, do receive a bit of a discount.

Q: How much is the deposit?
A: This is a much simpler question. It will be $500 for the people and $500 for the pets. Not per person or per pet, just $500 for all the people and $500 per 1 - 3 pets.
