Each of our one bedroom homes are aproximately 1000 square feet.
They come fully furnished with everything you should need except for your food, clothes, and computer.
Each home comes with a furnished office area, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and a fireplace.
All basic utilities are included plus; high-speed Internet with wireless access, expanded cable TV, and unlimited local and long-distance phone calling within the US.
Pets are accepted on a "pet per pet" basis, but do incur an additional deposit.
Housekeeping equipment is provided, but we do not clean the house for you, but I know people who will. So if you need housekeeping, we can arrange that for you at an additional cost.
All of our homes are Non-Smoking.
